Despite the intense fall causing lower back injuries that temporarily prevent her from walking or sitting upright, Capasso avoided serious harm thanks largely to wearing a helmet. She shared the incident on social media, explaining that her recovery will delay upcoming episodes of her show, Ghost Club Paranormal, and thanked fans for their support.

Ironically, just days before the accident, Capasso had proudly posted about her six years of horse-riding experience and her progress in equestrian skills. Fans and her co-host expressed concern and well wishes following the fall. While she focuses on healing, Capasso’s followers hope she’ll soon return to her paranormal investigations—perhaps with a bit more caution around horses.
