The Tryon Riding & Hunt Club hosted its annual Horse and Hound Show from April 17 to 19, featuring participation from three local hunt clubs and four others across North and South Carolina. The event took place at the FENCE venue, with judging by experienced experts Johnnie and Leilani Gray from Nashville, Tennessee, and included well-received food sponsorships.

A key highlight was the Junior Handler segment, where children gained hands-on experience with hounds under the guidance of seasoned handlers Tom and Vicki Jackson. The competition was notably strong, making judging challenging, but ultimately Goodwin Sailor earned the Champion Hound title, with Whiskey Road Magical named Reserve Champion.
