British Youth Dressage Riders Impress at CDI Exloo and CDI Alter do Chão

British youth dressage riders made strong early-season impressions at international competitions in the Netherlands and Portugal. Stella McComb excelled at CDI Alter do Chão, winning both the Team and Individual Children on Horses classes with her experienced mount Dos Alamos, while also debuting promisingly with the young mare Scarlett Secret Soleil. Meanwhile, sisters Ella-Grace and Amelia Dovey gained valuable experience at CDI Exloo, with Ella-Grace showing steady progress in the Junior classes aboard Creto, and Amelia delivering consistent performances in the Pony classes on Derano B.

These events provided important development opportunities for the emerging British combinations, allowing them to build confidence and establish solid foundations for the season ahead. While Stella McComb achieved top placings and victories, the Dovey sisters demonstrated encouraging progress against strong European competition, highlighting the potential of Britain’s next generation of dressage talent.
