The Association for Needy and Neglected Animals (ANNA Shelter) conducted its largest rescue of 2026 by saving 29 dogs and 4 horses found abandoned in unsanitary conditions without food or water. The Pennsylvania State Police alerted the shelter to the situation on Monday evening, prompting the intervention.
