The AOR village encompasses a diverse community essential to supporting horse riders, including professionals like vets, coaches, and health care providers who offer expert services, as well as family members who provide emotional support despite not always fully understanding the passion. Additionally, stablemates—fellow enthusiasts who share the love of dressage and act as training partners and advisors—are a vital part of this network.
However, the Amateur Owner Rider community often finds it challenging to connect with stablemates, particularly for those who ride alone, compete infrequently, or live in rural areas. This raises the question of how to expand and strengthen this supportive village to better meet the needs of all members.
