The Northern Kentucky track plans to resume racing Thursday at 1 p.m., with forecasts predicting a mostly sunny day and calmer winds compared to Wednesday’s cold and windy conditions.

This cancellation marks the first disruption since a severe winter storm and subzero temperatures led to six consecutive race cancellations last week. The track’s maintenance crew cleared the racing surface on Sunday, allowing training to restart Monday, and Turfway aims to return to its regular 5:55 p.m. post times on Friday and Saturday.
