A coaching seminar organized by Razi Sports Academy recently concluded at Shalimar Club, providing modern training to around 40 badminton coaches and physical education teachers from across Pakistan. For the first time in the country, participants were trained using a shuttle feeding machine, introducing advanced coaching methods and contemporary high-performance techniques. International coach Raziuddin Ahmad emphasized adopting modern approaches for nurturing young players at the school level, while experts addressed topics such as physical fitness, nutrition, and anti-doping awareness. Certificates were awarded to participants by notable guests.
The seminar also featured insights from Pakistan’s international Davis Cup player Inam-ul-Haq, who shared experiences and strategies to overcome challenges in international sports. Razi Sports Academy plans to expand its efforts by organizing training camps nationwide and supplying shuttlecocks to schools to promote badminton among youth. The academy aims to actively identify and develop talented players for national and international competitions, fostering the growth of badminton coaching standards in Pakistan.
