Wrexham football legend Paul Mullin, currently on loan at Bradford City, has been named an ambassador for Autism In Racing, joining the campaign alongside Godolphin jockey William Buick. Mullin, who has a personal connection to autism through his autistic son Albie, expressed pride in using his platform to raise awareness and support families affected by autism. His involvement builds on his previous advocacy work, including raising autism awareness during his time at Wrexham and serving as an ambassador for the charity Your Space.
Autism In Racing founder Bobby Beevers praised Mullin’s commitment and personal connection to the cause, highlighting the positive impact Mullin will have in promoting autism awareness across both football and horse racing communities. Mullin’s role continues the organization’s efforts to improve understanding and support for families dealing with autism.
