Nancy Lee (Germany) Reinker, aged 91, passed away on May 11, 2026, in Kent, Ohio, surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Born in Chicago in 1934 and raised in the southern United States, Nancy cherished her southern roots and lifelong Lutheran faith, being an active member of Faith Lutheran Church for over 70 years. She married Leonard Reinker in 1955 and devoted her life to her family, supporting her children and grandchildren in various activities. Nancy was also deeply involved in her community, volunteering at a hospital chemotherapy unit for over 20 years and contributing artistically through her small business creating folk art and costume jewelry.
Known for her warm and friendly nature, Nancy formed lasting friendships through various clubs and social activities, and she loved animals and family gatherings. She is survived by her three children, seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on May 18, 2026, at Faith Lutheran Church of Kent, with private burial at Standing Rock Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Lutheran Church of Kent.
