Mumbai’s Stasya Pandya Wins Silver in Junior National Equestrian Dressage Team Event

Young Mumbai equestrian Stasya Pandya secured a silver medal in the dressage Team Event (Children 1 category) at the Junior National Equestrian Championship (JNEC) 2025, held from December 18, 2025, to January 6, 2026, in Bengaluru and New Delhi. Riding Kirrhi Taonga from Surge Stables, Bengaluru, Stasya scored 67.463, contributing significantly to her team’s combined score of 207.287, which earned them second place. Her teammates included Haripriya Singh, Amara Singh, and Dev Harish Kapoor, who also delivered strong performances.

Stasya, who trains at Mumbai’s Amateur Riders Club under coach Bobin Tshering, expressed gratitude for the support from her coach, club, school, and family. Coach Tshering praised her rapid development since joining the club in 2023, highlighting her versatility and success in both dressage and show jumping, including a gold medal in the FEI Jumping Children’s Classic. This silver medal marks a key milestone in Stasya’s promising equestrian career and establishes her as a rising talent from Mumbai.
