HHH Ranch in Manhattan Struggles to Keep Providing Horse Therapy Amid Funding Shortfall

For nearly 10 years, HHH Ranch in Manhattan has provided horse therapy to over 5,000 families, helping individuals of all ages with various needs, including cognitive and physical disabilities, anxiety, depression, bullying, and more. The ranch prides itself on giving each individual the time they need to heal and grow, without the constraints of society’s expectations. However, the organization is struggling financially, with fundraising diminishing and the suspension of its scholarship program for the first time in nearly a decade.

HHH Ranch is making a year-end fundraising push to raise $40,000 in hopes of reinstating its scholarship program, purchasing a new utility vehicle, paying off its tractor, and raising $100,000 for additional land expansion. The ranch aims to create a safe space for individuals to heal and grow, offering therapy programs that have delivered powerful results for those struggling with mental health issues, bullying, and more. The ranch also helps animals, rescuing and rehabilitating over 120 animals over the years.

The ranch’s founder, Christine Doran, combines her passion for helping people with her love of animals to create a sanctuary where individuals and animals can heal and flourish. HHH Ranch offers a variety of ways to donate, including Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or check, to support their mission of providing therapy programs and a safe space for healing and growth.
