Healing Horses Kauaʻi Announces 2026 Summer Horsemanship and Riding Camps for Kids

Healing Horses Kauaʻi is offering its 2026 Summer Horsemanship and Riding Camps for children ages 4 to 14, with weeklong sessions from June 8-12 and July 20-24. The camps provide hands-on instruction in horseback riding, grooming, horse care, and life skills through activities like games and arts and crafts designed to build confidence, responsibility, and teamwork. The program emphasizes meaningful interaction with horses in a supportive outdoor setting, fostering communication and creativity.

The nonprofit recently welcomed two new horses, Ehjo and Angel, who require ongoing care and training to join the program. Founder Karin Stoll highlights the camps’ goal to empower and educate children by helping them develop patience and responsibility. The camps also support Healing Horses Kauaʻi’s broader mission of providing equine-assisted learning and therapeutic experiences for youth and the community. Families can register online or via email for this enriching summer opportunity.
