Vance, a principal at Beasley Allen Law Firm, has dedicated his career to advocating for individuals and small businesses harmed by negligence, while also protecting the constitutional right to trial by jury. His leadership extends beyond the courtroom, having served as President of the Alabama State Bar and the American Association for Justice, and contributing significantly to legal education and professional organizations.
