The dressage Masters will return to Hickstead in May 2026, with entries opening on January 1st. The competition, held alongside The Chart Stables International dressage, is open to all British dressage members from Preliminary to Prix St Georges levels, with a cap of 40 riders per class. The event features a two-day format starting with a qualifying test, followed by a freestyle class for the top 15 combinations, and introduces the new Champion of Champions title for the highest combined score. Prizes include rosettes, sashes, and rugs, and the event is supported by a strong lineup of sponsors.
In addition to the competition, the event offers hospitality packages, shopping, and special social events including a hog roast and the black-tie Canter Ball, which raises funds for Barnardos. Show Director Daniel Watson emphasized the inclusive nature of the event and the opportunity it provides for sponsors to gain international exposure. Entries can be submitted via My Riding Life or the Aster Events website.
