CM Punk Says There’s No Difference Between Main Eventing Night One or Night Two of WrestleMania

WWE World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk has expressed that he sees no real difference between main eventing on night one or night two of WrestleMania, which has been a two-night event since 2020. Punk likened the event to a multi-day music festival where each night has its own headliner, emphasizing that having two nights allows more talented wrestlers to be spotlighted. He also appreciated main eventing night one last year, as it allowed him to enjoy night two as a fan without stress.

Last year at WrestleMania 41, Punk main evented night one in a triple threat against Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins, marking his first Mania main event. This year, he is set to defend his World Title against Reigns in what is being promoted as the main event of WrestleMania 42, likely on night two, continuing the trend of top-tier matches headlining both nights.
