Chart Stables International Dressage Festival Returns to Hickstead in May 2026

The Chart Stables International dressage Festival returns to the All England Jumping Course at Hickstead from 11 to 17 May 2026, marking the second major domestic international dressage event of the year. The festival features a comprehensive program including CDI and CPEDI classes across multiple levels (1, 2, 3*), premier league competitions from Medium to Grand Prix, young horse and pony qualifiers, and national-level classes. Top British and Irish Olympians such as Charlotte Dujardin, Laura Tomlinson, Richard Davison, Fiona Bigwood, and Abigail Lyle will compete alongside Paralympians Sophie Wells and Georgia Wilson, ensuring high-caliber competition. The event also highlights youth and U25 riders, many of whom are returning British team members.

With over 432 entries in the Premier League and KBIS Young Horse and Pony classes, including 28 Grand Prix competitors, the festival promises a week of elite dressage action. British Team rider Daniel Watson, alongside sponsors Chart Stables and Aster Events, has played a key role in reviving this iconic event at Hickstead. Spectator entry is free, with hospitality packages available, and live streaming coverage will be provided by Horse & Country, offering fans both onsite and remote access to the competition.
