The incident occurred on a causeway in Sarasota County, with horses from Carousel Sea Horses getting spooked and causing chaos. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported among the riders or the horses, and the animals were eventually corralled into a trailer with the help of Bradenton Police.

C Ponies owner Carmen Hanson expressed relief that no one was seriously hurt during the incident, which she described as a scary and unfortunate accident. The horses involved in the chaos were lucky to escape without injuries as well. One rider suffered fractured ribs and is considering legal action. Carousel Sea Horses, the company that owned the spooked horses, has not yet commented on the incident.
