For the eighth consecutive year, four Maltese musicians—Gabriel Agius Pascalidis, Matthew Pellicano, and The Busker’s Dav Jr and Jean Paul Borg—are performing in Valletta on Christmas Eve to raise funds for animal welfare organizations. This year’s beneficiaries include Animal Alliance, Our Rescues Malta Foundation, and Second Chance Horse Rescue, all dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating vulnerable cats, dogs, and horses across Malta. Since its inception in 2018, the initiative has supported various causes, raising €1,555 last year for the Jesuit Refugee Service.

The festive event will take place in front of the Law Courts in Valletta from 11:00 am on December 24th, featuring guest appearances from local artists to create a lively atmosphere. Those unable to attend can still contribute via Revolut or the BOV Mobile App. The musicians emphasize that the event is about sharing compassion through music and supporting organizations that do incredible work every day, making it a cherished Valletta tradition during the holiday season.
