The Junior National Equestrian Championship at the Army Polo & Riding Centre in Delhi Cantt will take place from December 22-24 and December 26-29, with 507 entries across categories for Children-I and Young Riders in dressage, show jumping, and tent pegging. The event has received an impressive number of participants, reflecting the hard work and dedication of young riders in the country. In the dressage category, there will be 30 individual and seven team participants in the Children-I category, and 10 individual and three teams in the Young Rider category. Show-jumping will feature 127 individuals and 23 teams in Children-I (normal category), 119 participants in Children-I (side event), and 21 participants each in Young Riders (normal and side event categories). Tent pegging will include high-energy events such as Lance, Ring & Peg, Sword, and Lemon & Peg, with a total of 142 participants across the different events.
The championship will see top young riders from around the country competing for top honors in various equestrian disciplines.
