Reigning Hope Ranch, a nonprofit in Orrington, is raising funds to support its mission of providing equine therapy to individuals facing various challenges. Director Jenna Baillargeon explains that their rescued horses, many with difficult pasts, offer a unique therapeutic experience by fostering empathy and connection between the animals and people. The ranch recently held its fifth annual fall festival, a family-friendly fundraiser aimed at sustaining their services. A significant challenge for the organization is the lack of an indoor riding facility, which limits year-round programming.
