Linda Louise Franceschi, born on July 15, 1948, in Santa Rosa, passed away peacefully at home on December 18, 2022, at the age of 74. Raised on the Passalacqua family ranch in Bodega Bay, Linda developed a lifelong love for animals, especially horses and sheep. She graduated from Tomales High School in 1966, later marrying her high school sweetheart, Rich, in 1972. Together, they raised two sons, Andrew and Michael, on the family ranch, where Linda was deeply involved in 4-H and breeding Market Lambs. Her passion for animals and fairs continued through supporting her grandchildren’s lamb projects.

Linda cherished her family, friends, travel—particularly to Hawaii—warm beaches, and a relaxed lifestyle symbolized by flip flops. She is survived by her husband Rich, sons Andrew and Michael with their wives, four grandchildren, and siblings. Services were held on January 6, 2023, at Pleasant Hill Memorial Park in Sebastopol, followed by a gathering at Negris Restaurant in Occidental.
