North Lincolnshire Council awarded £15,000 from its Community Grant Fund to support the 2025 Messingham Horse and Foal Show, a popular family event featuring show jumping, live music, a funfair, and food stalls. The 118th show, held on June 7, 2025, attracted thousands of visitors and had a total budget of nearly £22,000, supplemented by funds raised by organizers and a £1,000 contribution from Messingham Parish Council.
