Mindframe, a 4-year-old son of Constitution, was named the 2025 Maryland-bred Horse of the Year and champion older male at the Renaissance Champion Awards held at Laurel Park. With earnings of $1,407,220 from just five starts, Mindframe was the richest state-bred runner of 2025. Trained by Todd Pletcher and owned by Repole stable and St. Elias Stables, Mindframe won three graded stakes races including the Grade 1 Churchill Downs Stakes and Stephen Foster Stakes, and placed second in two Grade 1 stakes including the Belmont Stakes. He also competed in the Breeders’ Cup Classic before retiring to stud at Claiborne Farm.
