Megan Kelly, a 23-year-old from Ramona, was crowned 2025 Miss rodeo USA at the IPRA’s International Finals rodeo in Guthrie, Oklahoma. She has a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies and has worked in real estate for three years. Kelly’s platform as Miss rodeo USA is mission mentorship, focusing on mentoring youth as they are the future of the world.

Kelly has been riding horses her entire life and enjoys trail riding with her family. She believes it is important to preserve rodeo as a Western way of life and encourages youth to get involved. As Miss rodeo USA, Kelly will travel across the U.S. and Canada to promote the sport of rodeo and encourage young people to participate.

Miss rodeo USA is a week-long process that includes speeches, impromptu questions, interviews, and horsemanship patterns. Kelly represented the Bulls Only rodeo and competed against seven other contestants. She credits her success to the immense support she has received from her community, family, friends, and sponsors throughout her life.
