Maltese Musicians to Perform in Valletta on Christmas Eve to Support Animal Welfare Charities

For the eighth consecutive year, four Maltese musicians—Gabriel Agius Pascalidis, Matthew Pellicano, and The Busker’s Dav Jr and Jean Paul Borg—will perform in Valletta on Christmas Eve to raise funds for charitable causes. This year, their focus is on animal welfare, supporting Animal Alliance, Our Rescues Malta Foundation, and Second Chance Horse Rescue, organizations dedicated to rescuing and caring for abandoned cats, neglected dogs, and horses in Malta. Since 2018, this annual event has supported various local charities, raising funds through live music and community engagement.

The musicians will perform from 11:00 AM outside the Law Courts in Valletta, joined by guest artists to create a festive atmosphere. Those unable to attend can contribute via Revolut or the BOV Mobile App. The initiative, which began as a simple idea among friends, has grown into a meaningful tradition that combines holiday spirit with compassion, using music to amplify the efforts of local charities and spread goodwill during the festive season.
