An event featuring Elvis tribute act Andy James and a ‘Golden Oldie’ night, organized by Gaileen Mackinnon, will be held at the Wiremill Social Club in Musselburgh on Friday, November 7, starting at 7 pm. Tickets are priced at £10 and can be purchased via Gaileen’s Facebook page or by phone.
The funds raised will support Hugo’s Home Farm, a horse rescue charity in Spain founded by TV star Miss Coco Chanel (Colin Brown), who moved from Musselburgh to Benidorm to pursue a drag queen career. Since 2018, Coco has rescued and cared for abandoned horses and other animals, expanding the charity during the Covid-19 lockdown by creating a petting farm for various abandoned animals. He now lives in Murcia with his partner and son Hugo.
