Caitlin O’Sullivan Doyle Named National Racing Woman of the Year for Marketing and Ambassadorial Work

Caitlin O’Sullivan Doyle, daughter of renowned jockey and trainer Lance O’Sullivan, was honoured as the National Racing Woman of the Year at Entain’s Industry Excellence Awards for her contributions in marketing, communications, and as a racing ambassador. Growing up around horses at Wexford Stables, she developed a professional passion for racing in her teens and now manages digital marketing for various racing clients, including her family’s operation and prominent studs. She also serves as an ambassador for Ellerslie Racecourse, a role once held by her mother, Bridgette.

Beyond marketing, O’Sullivan Doyle is an active racehorse owner with shares in successful horses like Do You Just and promising young runners such as King Of The North and Grande Gallo. She is expanding her involvement into standardbred racing through ownership shares in Breckon Farms’ yearlings. Grateful for mentorship from industry leaders at Wexford, Rich Hill Stud, and Breckon Farms, she continues to build her career and passion within the racing industry.
