Brittany Fraser-Beaulieu Wins Buffalo Wild Wings Prix St. Georges Future Challenge Final at Global Dressage Festival

Brittany Fraser-Beaulieu of Canada, riding Medoc, won the Buffalo Wild Wings Prix St. Georges Future Challenge Final at the Global dressage Festival in Wellington, Florida. The nine-year-old Medoc, owned by Jill Irving, scored 68.588% after a series of five qualifiers during the winter circuit. This competition, designed for developing small tour horses aged 7 to 9, offers young horses the chance to perform under CDI conditions before international judges, helping them gain valuable experience. Brittany, currently ranked 19th globally, praised Medoc’s natural talent and potential for Grand Prix work, highlighting his powerful piaffe and passage.

The reserve championship went to Lars Peterson on New Rock with 67.853%, and Hope Cooper placed third on Madelivia with 67.353%. The event saw a record 48 combinations compete in the qualifiers. Brittany is also preparing for the World Cup Final in Fort Worth with Jaccardo, marking the first Canadian participation since 2013. Jaccardo, an 11-year-old KWPN gelding, previously won the 2025 Lövsta Future Challenge for developing Grand Prix horses at Wellington, underscoring Brittany’s status as one of the top dressage riders internationally.
