Brian E. Nutsch, 57, of Washington, passed away on August 25, 2025, while engaged in his passion for working with cattle. Born on April 17, 1968, Brian was deeply rooted in agriculture, having earned an associate degree in Agriculture Production and spending his life farming and ranching alongside family. He was actively involved in 4H, FFA, and the Washington County Saddle Club, excelling in team roping and winning the USTRC Team Roping Championship in 2005. Known for his big heart, Brian was always ready to help family and friends, enjoyed deer hunting, and cherished the camaraderie of working calves each spring.

Brian is survived by his father Ron, sister Kristie, and numerous extended family members. He was preceded in death by his mother Linda, infant sister Lisa, grandparents, and several relatives. Funeral services were held on September 2, 2025, with visitation the day before. A memorial fund has been established in his honor, with contributions accepted through Ward Funeral Home.
