Indian equestrian Ashish Limaye achieved remarkable success at the FEI Eventing Competition Montelibretti 2026, securing a Gold medal in the CCI 2 Long Format aboard Easy Turn with a score of 30.2, and a Bronze medal in the CCI 2 Short Format riding Willy Be Dun with a score of 32. Competing against riders from multiple countries, Limaye demonstrated exceptional skill and versatility, further earning two out of three Minimum Eligibility Requirements needed to qualify for the FEI World Equestrian Games with his performance on D’Avril du Pinier.
As an instructor and sponsored rider at the Embassy International Riding School, Limaye’s achievements highlight the rising prominence of Indian talent in international equestrian eventing. His success at this two-star level competition not only reflects consistent training and teamwork but also prepares him for advancement to the more challenging CCI 3* level, enhancing India’s presence on the global equestrian stage.
