Amplify Horse Racing is accepting applications for its Mentorship Program for youth and young adults interested in the Thoroughbred industry. The program runs from March 1 to May 31 and is open to candidates aged 15-25 with no academic restrictions. Mentors must have relevant experience and meet program requirements, with all applicants residing in the U.S. or Canada.
Accepted mentees can receive travel grants to attend industry educational opportunities, including tours in Kentucky and a student networking event. Former mentee Eric Resendiz credits the program with helping him navigate the Thoroughbred industry and establish a successful career. He will be attending the Irish National Stud Breeding Course as a result of his participation in the program.
Prospective mentors and mentees can learn more about the program and apply by contacting [email protected]. The program aims to engage a younger demographic in the Thoroughbred industry and provide valuable career guidance to those interested in the field.
