The 2026 Tournament of Roses Parade, themed “The Magic in Teamwork,” promises a spectacular New Year’s Day event featuring a diverse lineup of floats, marching bands, equestrian units, and musical performances. Highlights include Honda’s float “The Power of Teams,” the U.S. Air Force B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber flyover, and entries from organizations such as the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, Cal Poly Universities, and the San Francisco Travel Association. The parade also honors community service and cultural heritage with floats from groups like the Boys & Girls Clubs, Lions International, and the Los Hermanos Bañuelos Charro Team. Marching bands from across the U.S. and internationally, including the LAUSD All-District High School Honor Band and the Minō-Jiyū Gakuen “Golden Bears” Green Band from Japan, will perform along the 5.5-mile route.

Notable participants include Grand Marshal Earvin “Magic” Johnson, who will ride in a vintage Lincoln-Zephyr convertible adorned with Lakers-themed floral designs, and a variety of themed floats celebrating teamwork, community, and cultural milestones. The parade also features floats promoting health care, environmental stewardship, and social causes, such as the AIDS Healthcare Foundation and OneLegacy Donate Life. The event culminates with a closing show by Grammy-nominated Capital Cities and “The Voice” winner DEK of Hearts, ensuring a vibrant and memorable celebration to ring in 2026.
