Yolanda Hadid has listed her 30-acre Pennsylvania estate, the Hadid Family Farm, for $10.9 million. Purchased in 2017, the historic Bucks County property features a redesigned 1810 stone farmhouse with three bedrooms and five bathrooms, preserving its original charm. The estate includes a 1776 stone bank barn converted into an 8,000-square-foot entertainment and equestrian facility, three additional residences each with kitchens, and extensive outdoor amenities such as a resort-style pool, fire pit, vegetable gardens, and 3,000 lavender plants.
Hadid described the farm as a “safe haven” where her children, Gigi, Bella, and Anwar, enjoyed horseback riding close to their busy New York careers. The sale comes amid ongoing health challenges for her daughter Bella, who is undergoing treatment for chronic neurological Lyme disease, with the family sharing updates publicly.
