Year 8 Rider Beatrice Taverner-Jordan Triumphs at County Shows, Set for Horse of the Year Show

Beatrice Taverner-Jordan, a Year 8 student at Joyce Frankland Academy, has had a highly successful season, winning multiple county shows including the Royal International Horse Show, Lincoln County Show, Bath and West, and the Royal Norfolk Show. She is set to compete at the prestigious Horse of the Year Show this October at the NEC Birmingham, following her previous win last year for the ‘Children’s Riding Pony of the Year’ at the same event.

Beatrice comes from a family with a strong equestrian background, as her mother Greer Taverner and her aunties Brogan and Ellis have also competed and won at the Horse of the Year Show. Her mother expressed immense pride in Beatrice’s achievements, highlighting the family’s ongoing legacy in competitive horse riding.
