Winzo, an online gaming company, has challenged YouTube’s decision to block its channel “WinZOOfficial” on grounds of alleged violations of YouTube’s policies against online gambling content. The Delhi High Court has allowed Google to respond to the notice, while Winzo’s app remains available on Google Play and Apple App Store despite the YouTube channel being inactive.

YouTube’s updated policies, effective March 2025, ban content promoting online gambling unless certified by Google, reflecting stricter enforcement.
