The competition featured a challenging 13-fence course designed by Christa Jung, testing precision and agility. After a demanding first round that saw only seven clear rounds, Greve capitalized on his advantageous final draw in a dramatic nine-fence jump-off, clocking the fastest time of 44.62 seconds to edge out Rodrigo Giesteira Almeida of Portugal and Peder Fredricson of Sweden.
The event highlighted strong performances from top riders, with notable clear rounds from Martin Fuchs, Alain Jufer, and Christian Ahlmann, though home favorites Daniel Deusser and Richard Vogel fell short.
