The event was a success, highlighted by Jessie Phoenix’s standout performance winning the Open EV100 division on Dunhallow Sampson’s Legacy with an impressive low score of 20.6. The momentum continues with more FEI events scheduled at Wesley Clover Parks in September, signaling growing opportunities for Canadian eventers.

In the United States, several other horse trials took place, including Millbrook H.T. in New York and Hunt Club Farms H.T. in Virginia, featuring a wide range of divisions from Beginner Novice to Advanced levels. Notable winners included Boyd Martin and Miss Lulu Herself at Millbrook’s Advanced division and Lee Maher with Global Crown at Hunt Club Farms’ Open Preliminary. These events showcased strong competition across all levels, reflecting a busy and vibrant weekend in the eventing community.
