Wayne County 4-H Shows Schedule Announced for 2025 with Livestock, Pets, and General Projects

The 2025 Wayne County 4-H Shows began with the Horse Show at the Wayne County Saddle Club and continue with various events at the Wayne County Fairgrounds in Fairfield. The Cat and Dog Shows start Monday, June 30th, followed by the General Project Show on Wednesday, July 2nd, featuring diverse youth exhibits such as robotics, drones, crops, photography, and fine arts. Livestock shows commence Monday, July 7th, showcasing 4-H members’ animals and skills through competitions in rabbits, poultry, beef, goats, swine, and sheep.

Events run through Thursday, July 10th, concluding with the Round Robin Contest, Awards Ceremony, and Livestock Auction. All activities are open to the public to support local youth, with updates available on the University of Illinois Extension – Wayne County 4-H Facebook page.
