Ward and Smith has announced that W. Taylor Pulliam has joined their Litigation practice group. Taylor brings extensive experience representing businesses and individuals in various litigation areas, including general liability, premises liability, construction disputes, commercial litigation, and labor law. He has worked with high-exposure corporate clients such as construction companies, property owners, and insurers, managing complex liability cases.

Before joining Ward and Smith, Taylor served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department and gained judicial experience as an intern at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Based in the firm’s Raleigh office, he will support clients across North Carolina.
