Vincent “Jimbo” Bracciale, Jr., a celebrated jockey with 3,545 career wins primarily in Maryland, passed away on December 15 at the age of 72. The Maryland Jockey Club announced a moment of silence and a video tribute in his honor following the first race on Saturday.
