The Vankleek Hill Fair, held on its longstanding site since 1886, continues to celebrate traditional agricultural competitions and iconic fair events. Highlights included the 4-H calf competition, showcasing youth development in agriculture through projects emphasizing sustainability, health, and innovation. Visitors also witnessed sheep shearing demonstrations, learned about dairy farming’s role in rural economies, and enjoyed diverse horse competitions ranging from miniature to heavy horses, including Extreme Cowboy races and English Horse Shows.
