The USEA recently highlighted a collaborative clinic between Area VII Young Riders and the Northwest Region Pony Club, hosted by Remington Farm in Washington. This event, led by renowned coach John Camlin, focused on foundational riding skills, clear horse communication, and intentional horsemanship. Riders from diverse backgrounds benefited from technical instruction and peer learning, strengthening community bonds and inspiring personal growth, as reflected in participants’ positive feedback and renewed motivation.
This joint effort exemplifies the power of collaboration in equestrian education, supported by organizations and venues committed to rider development and horse welfare. The USEA Young Rider Program, which encourages riders up to age 25 to engage in eventing through various regional activities and support initiatives, continues to foster growth and connection within the sport nationwide.
