US Equestrian Announces Dressage World Young Horse Championships Team for 2025

US Equestrian has announced the selections for the dressage World Young Horse Championships taking place in Verden, Germany from August 5-10, 2025. The chosen horses include Stay Cool, a five-year-old Hanoverian gelding ridden by Rebecca Rigdon of California, and two six-year-old U.S.-bred horses: O Romeo S, a KWPN gelding ridden by Hope Cooper of Massachusetts, and Onassis, a Dutch Warmblood stallion ridden by Carolina Roffman of Florida.

These horses represent top young talent in dressage, with Stay Cool owned by Ad Astra Collective, O Romeo S owned by Tammy Richard and bred by Sonnenburg Farm, LLC, and Onassis owned and bred by Hyperion Farm, Inc. The team highlights the strength of American breeding and training in the international dressage arena.
