The World Equestrian Federation (FEI) has imposed a 15-year ban on US dressage rider Cesar Parra due to violations of animal welfare principles. In addition to the lengthy suspension, the 62-year-old rider has been fined approximately 16,000 euros and ordered to pay around 11,000 euros in court costs.
