The 2025 Adequan®/USEF Junior Hunter National Championship – West is currently underway at HITS Del Mar Horse Park in Southern California, featuring top junior hunter competitors vying for eight national titles across four age and height divisions (Small and Large Junior Hunter, 15 & Under and 16-17). Over two days, riders complete three jumping phases—classic round, handy hunter round, and under saddle—with jumping phases each counting for 40% of the total score and the under saddle phase 20%. Grand Champion titles will be awarded to the highest scoring horses in each height category on July 27.
The event began with the USHJA Gladstone Cup Equitation Classic – West, a three-phase competition over 3’6” courses, won by Dane Anson riding Celestino, with Olivia Aul and Iggy Pop as reserve champions. Fans can watch the Junior Hunter National Championship live on the USEF Network, with replays available for subscribers and members. Updates and coverage are also shared on US Equestrian’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
