Kevin Plank is lowering the asking price for his historic Sagamore Farm in Glyndon. The Under Armour CEO recently revised the listing for his 500-acre horse farm and estate, dropping the price to $18.5 million, according to a sales brochure — $3.5 million less than when it hit the market earlier this year. Compass DMV listed Sagamore Farm for $22 million in February, in a brochure highlighting the estate’s 16,000-square-foot manor house, horse breeding and training facilities, and a race track. The latest listing is from Icon Global, which bills itself as a seller of "unique, high-end properties" and was founded by Bernard Uechtritz, an Australian real estate mogul who once sold a 535,000-acre ranch in Vernon, Texas for $725 million. Sagamore Farm is among several other high-end listings from Icon, including an 1,100-acre ranch in Sonoma, California, and an 80,000-acre ranch in the Texas Panhandle.
