Title: Two Arrested in Indore for Stabbing Incident Linked to Wedding Dispute
Indore: MIG police have arrested two persons, who had stabbed two people following a dispute over riding a horse and dancing in a wedding procession, on Friday. The incident took place on Thursday at Somnath Ki Nai Chawl. During the altercation, the accused — Krishna alias Kanha alias Kala Yadav (19) and Hani Khangwal (24) both residents of Prakash Chandra Sethi Nagar, Indore — allegedly attacked two persons with knives. The victims — Harsh alias Laddu Jaiswal (23), a resident of Janata Nurse Quarter and Abhishek Chauhan (23), a resident of Sethi Sambandh Nagar, sustained serious injuries in the attack. Following a complaint, an FIR was registered at MIG police station. Under the supervision of Additional DCP Amarendra Singh and ACP Pardesipura Sonu Dabar, a special team led by MIG police station in charge CB Singh, was formed. The team arrested the accused with knives used in the crime. Hani Khangwal was previously involved in an Excise Act case 249/24 at Vijay Nagar. Krishna also has many cases registered against him at Vijay Nagar police station.
