A 30-year-old man named Chotya Sundar Khobragade has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a horse at the Nagpur District Equestrian Association in Maharashtra. The incident took place on May 17, and the accused was caught trespassing on the premises at night by the academy’s security guard.

CCTV footage confirmed the allegations against Khobragade, leading to his arrest. The local police have registered a case under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.

An investigation is currently underway to further examine the incident and gather more evidence.
