The Better Ba Cs 4-H club engaged in several community activities, including making door ornaments with residents at Linden View in Syracuse, where both the residents and club members enjoyed the creative process. This initiative fostered interaction and fun, highlighting the club’s commitment to community involvement.
In addition to crafting, the club members prepared homemade dog treats, allowing participants to learn teamwork and utilize ingredients from home. This activity not only benefited the dogs of club members but also showcased the club’s active role in promoting pet care and responsibility.
The group also participated in a winter outing at Paint Yourself Silly, where they enjoyed painting ceramics after a lunch at Culver’s. Furthermore, they organized a successful food drive, collecting over 200 items for the local pantry, and created stick horses for an upcoming horse show, emphasizing their dedication to service and creativity.
