The 2025 Dasara festivities in Mysuru concluded with a spectacular torchlight parade at the Banni Mantap Grounds, featuring a thrilling horse show by the mounted police. Thirty horses galloped at speeds up to 60 km/h, performing six-bar jumps, tent pegging stunts, and fiery feats under the leadership of SD Sasanur and Rudrappa. The event was inaugurated by Governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot and attended by CM Siddaramaiah and other dignitaries. The parade included 300 police trainees with 600 torches forming vibrant messages, synchronized drills, and a 400-performer drum show blending traditional percussion rhythms.

Adding to the grandeur, 3,000 CESK-operated drones illuminated the night sky for 18 minutes, creating mesmerizing images such as the solar system, Indian map, and portraits of political leaders. The procession featured 18 marching units, including cavalry, KSRP contingents, NCC cadets, Navy, Air Force, and various civic groups, all culminating in a 21-gun salute. The event showcased a blend of cultural heritage, precision drills, and modern technology, leaving the audience enthralled and marking a memorable end to the celebrations.
